Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Smooth Jazz Solitaire may collect or process, why it is used, how connected services support the game, and what choices are available to you.
Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to information processed through Smooth Jazz Solitaire, including the game website, mobile applications, account features, saved progress, leaderboards, customer support, and connected services.
It does not replace the privacy policies of Apple, Google, Firebase, app stores, hosting providers, radio services, or other third-party platforms used by the game.
Account information
When you create an account or sign in using email, Apple, or Google, the authentication provider may supply information such as your name, email address, account identifier, authentication status, and profile image.
Smooth Jazz Solitaire uses Firebase Authentication to support account creation, sign-in, account recovery, and secure session management.
Passwords used with supported authentication services are handled through the authentication provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Smooth Jazz Solitaire.
Game information and saved progress
Signed-in players may save information connected to their gameplay experience. This can include scores, wins, moves, timing information, campaign progress, completed levels, settings, preferences, saved games, achievements, and leaderboard results.
This information may be associated with your account so that progress can be restored or synchronized across supported devices.
Guest sessions are temporary and may be stored only in the browser or device being used. Guest progress may be lost when the app is closed, browser data is cleared, the game is reinstalled, or the device is changed.
Device and service data
The game and its service providers may process basic technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the experience.
This information may include:
- Device type, browser type, operating system, and app version.
- General connection, request, session, or diagnostic information.
- Crash reports, error messages, performance data, and troubleshooting details.
- Security-related information used to detect abuse, unauthorized access, or service disruption.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and improve Smooth Jazz Solitaire, authenticate users, save progress, restore accounts, operate leaderboards, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, respond to support requests, and maintain game functionality.
It may also be used to understand technical performance, investigate errors, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Smooth Jazz Solitaire does not use account information to create unrelated advertising profiles.
Third-party services
Smooth Jazz Solitaire may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, databases, cloud storage, app distribution, email delivery, analytics, music streaming, payments, diagnostics, and customer support.
These providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations.
Depending on the features you use, connected providers may include Apple, Google, Firebase, app-store platforms, hosting providers, radio delivery services, and Formspree for contact-form delivery.
Music and radio services
The radio feature may request audio streams, station information, artwork, song metadata, and related media from configured hosting or streaming services.
When you use the radio feature, technical requests may be sent to those providers so that audio and related content can be delivered to your device.
Third-party streaming and hosting services control their own data practices and availability.
How information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, or improve Smooth Jazz Solitaire.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, court order, government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, intellectual property, security, or legal rights.
Smooth Jazz Solitaire does not sell personal information to third-party advertisers.
Data retention
Account and gameplay information may be retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward when necessary for account recovery, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or service operations.
Technical logs and diagnostic information may be retained for shorter or longer periods depending on operational, security, and provider requirements.
Some information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion while backup systems complete their normal retention cycle.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect account information and game data. Connected services may also provide encryption, authentication controls, access restrictions, and infrastructure security.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your password, device access, email account, and sign-in credentials.
Children’s privacy
Smooth Jazz Solitaire is intended as a general-audience entertainment experience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact support to request review or deletion.

Depending on the features available to you, you may choose to play as a guest, sign out, update account details through your authentication provider, clear local browser data, disable optional permissions, or stop using connected features.
You may also contact support to ask questions about account information, request assistance, or submit a privacy-related request.

You may request deletion of account-related information by contacting Smooth Jazz Solitaire through the Contact page and selecting Privacy or data request.
To protect account security, additional verification may be required before a deletion or access request is completed.
Certain records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or operational reasons.
