Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to information processed through Smooth Jazz Solitaire, including the game website, mobile applications, account features, saved progress, leaderboards, customer support, and connected services.

It does not replace the privacy policies of Apple, Google, Firebase, app stores, hosting providers, radio services, or other third-party platforms used by the game.

Account information

When you create an account or sign in using email, Apple, or Google, the authentication provider may supply information such as your name, email address, account identifier, authentication status, and profile image.

Smooth Jazz Solitaire uses Firebase Authentication to support account creation, sign-in, account recovery, and secure session management.

Passwords used with supported authentication services are handled through the authentication provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Smooth Jazz Solitaire.

Game information and saved progress

Signed-in players may save information connected to their gameplay experience. This can include scores, wins, moves, timing information, campaign progress, completed levels, settings, preferences, saved games, achievements, and leaderboard results.

This information may be associated with your account so that progress can be restored or synchronized across supported devices.

Guest sessions are temporary and may be stored only in the browser or device being used. Guest progress may be lost when the app is closed, browser data is cleared, the game is reinstalled, or the device is changed.

Device and service data

The game and its service providers may process basic technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the experience.

This information may include:

• Device type, browser type, operating system, and app version.
• General connection, request, session, or diagnostic information.
• Crash reports, error messages, performance data, and troubleshooting details.
