Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Smooth Jazz Solitaire, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, do not use the game or its connected services.

You may use Smooth Jazz Solitaire only in a lawful manner and for personal, noncommercial entertainment unless J Star Entertainment LLC provides written permission for another use.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in information and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not share passwords or access credentials with unauthorized users.

Information supplied during registration must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Guest play and saved progress

Guest play may be temporary and may remain only on the device or browser being used. Guest sessions may not preserve profile information, campaign progress, scores, leaderboard entries, saved games, or other account features.

Signing in may be required for cloud synchronization, cross-device progress, account recovery, or certain connected features.

Game availability and updates

Smooth Jazz Solitaire may be updated, improved, repaired, redesigned, paused, or discontinued as the service evolves. Features, levels, music, radio programming, artwork, scoring systems, and connected services may change over time.

We work to maintain a reliable experience, but uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service is not guaranteed.

Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, internet disruptions, third-party services, security concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the game, damage the service, bypass security controls, gain unauthorized access, manipulate leaderboards, automate gameplay, or use exploits to create an unfair advantage.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected source code except where applicable law expressly allows it.
• Introduce malicious code, harmful scripts, bots, unauthorized automation, or disruptive traffic.
• Attempt to access another player’s account, private information, saved progress, or authentication data.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm another person.
• Falsify scores, wins, campaign progress, rankings, or other gameplay records.

Ownership and intellectual property

The Smooth Jazz Solitaire name, software, design, interface, gameplay presentation, branding, original artwork, card designs, graphics, animation, text, audio presentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to J Star Entertainment LLC.

These materials may not be copied, modified, republished, sold, licensed, distributed, scraped, displayed commercially, or used to create a competing product without written authorization.

Using the game does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Third-party services

Smooth Jazz Solitaire may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, cloud storage, analytics, music streaming, email delivery, payment processing, or other functionality.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. J Star Entertainment LLC does not control every third-party platform and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or failures caused by those providers.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Smooth Jazz Solitaire is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

J Star Entertainment LLC does not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, compatible with every device, or free from defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J Star Entertainment LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the game.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to every user.

Suspension or termination

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the game, other users, connected systems, intellectual property, or legal rights.

This may include suspected fraud, leaderboard manipulation, abusive conduct, unauthorized access, security threats, repeated policy violations, or unlawful activity.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when features, services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of Smooth Jazz Solitaire after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
